3900 words today despite the fact I slept maybe 5 hrs. Very weird. Sometimes it can cause some inner critic to turn off and sometimes you can think of new ways of describing things bc you can't think of the normal ones lol. So it can end in something good but more often it causes your mind to stop working so next time you have to do double the work to fix it or just start over. We shall see.

This time, a surreal perspective may have served the story. And I was building on what came before... things were building to this point. And the characters were spilling out what was inside, a sort of stream of consciousness. Which may help me know the characters better going forward even if i end up cutting/revising a lot
